LOSE WEIGHT FOREVER!
1. DRINK ONE QUART OF WATER BEFORE BREAKFAST. AVOID DRINKING WATER WITH YOUR MEAL.
2. EXERCISE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO GET YOUR METABOLISM UP. WALK FAST AND GET SOME HILLS IN IF POSSIBLE, OR JOG A LITTLE.
3. A VEGAN DIET IS RECOMMENDED. EAT A BIG BREAKFAST WITH PLENTY OF FRUIT AND WHOLE GRAINS AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF NUTS. THIS LARGE FRUIT MEAL AT AN EARLY TIME IN THE MORNING WILL ALSO GET YOUR METABOLISM UP. YOU NEED A FAST METABOLISM TO BURN THE CALORIES.
4. EAT AT REGULAR TIMES AND NOT BETWEEN MEALS. SET UP A SCHEDULE AND STICK WITH IT EVEN ON WEEKENDS.
5. GET ANOTHER QUART OF WATER IN BEFORE LUNCH.
6. LUNCH SHOULD BE 5 HOURS AFTER BREAKFAST CONSISTING OF A LARGE GREEN SALAD WITH OTHER VEGGIES AND SOME COOKED BEANS OR WHOLE GRAINS. NO OIL OR OTHER REFINED FOODS SUCH AS WHITE FLOUR, SUGAR, WHITE RICE. USE AVOCADO, NUTS, SEEDS, AND OLIVES TO REPLACE THE FATS IN YOUR DIET.
7. GET ANOTHER QUART OF WATER IN BEFORE BED OR SUPPER, IF EATING SUPPER.
8. SUPPER SHOULD BE VERY LIGHT, OR BETTER YET NOT AT ALL, CONSISTING OF FOODS EASY TO DIGEST SUCH AS A PIECE OF FRUIT, AND SHOULD NOT BE RIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.
