KIDNEY FAILURE

THERE HAS BEEN MUCH SUCCESS IN HELPING KIDNEY FAILURE AND EVEN PROLONGING THE PERSON’S LIFESPAN WHO HAS THIS CONDITION. DO A SAUNA, HOT TUB SOAK OR SOME WAY OF SWEATING DAILY.  HOT TUB TEMPERATURE 105; INTERNAL BODY TEMP UP TO 100-102. BE SURE TO HAVE AN ASSISTANT AT ALL TIMES. GO STRAIGHT TO BED WHEN FINISHED.

Dr. AGATHA THRASH SAYS: LOW PROTEIN DIET IS ESSENTIAL IN HELPING KIDNEY FAILURE. OUR MODERN HIGH PROTEIN DIET HAS A GREAT CAUSATIVE INFLUENCE ON THE PRODUCTION OF VARIOUS FORMS OF KIDNEY DISEASE. THE SO-CALLED NORMAL AGING OF KIDNEYS NEED NOT OCCUR IN THOSE WHO ARE CAREFUL TO AVOID EXCESSIVE INTAKE OF PROTEIN. THE HIGHER THE INTAKE OF PROTEIN THE HIGHER THE BLOOD FLOW AND FILTRATION WORK LOAD ON THE KIDNEYS.

AVOID THE FOLLOWING: ALL MEAT AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS, COFFEE, TEA, COLAS, CHOCOLATE, PEPPER, MUSTARD, GINGER, VINEGAR, ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, MANY DRUGS, INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS, AND OTHERS.

HERE IS THE SUGGESTED SCHEDULE THAT MANY PEOPLE HAVE FOLLOWED AND GOTTEN WELL:

ARISE AT 6:30 DRINK 1 QUART OF LEMON WATER.

7:00 WALK OR EXERCISE.

8:00 BREAKFAST: 3-4 FRUITS WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF NUTS AND SEEDS FIRST, AND THEN EAT SOME FORM OF COOKED WHOLE GRAINS. MAKE SURE NOT TO HAVE TOO MANY COMBINATIONS OF FRUITS AND NUTS DURING THE MEAL, BUT A GOOD VARIETY THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. SIMPLICITY IS BEST. YOUR FOOD SHOULD BE 70-80 % RAW AND NO MORE THAN 30 % COOKED FOOD. GET A GOOD VARIETY OF A SMALL AMOUNT OF NUTS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK , BUT A FEW COMBINATIONS AT THE MEAL. TRY GRINDING THEM UP IN A GRINDER AND SPRINKLING THEM ON YOUR FRUIT. FRESHLY GROUND FLAX MEAL IS VERY GOOD AT EVERY BREAKFAST MEAL BECAUSE OF ITS NUTRITIONAL QUALITIES. SINCE YOU ARE NOT EATING REFINED OIL, IT IS IMPORTANT TO GET SOME FAT FROM THE NUTS AND SEEDS IN SMALL AMOUNTS DAILY.

EXERCISE

11:00-1:00 GET IN QUART OF BUCHU TEA.

 DON’T DRINK WATER OR TEA WITH YOUR MEALS, THIS DILUTES YOUR DIGESTIVE FLUIDS AND HINDERS DIGESTION.  STOP DRINKING WATER 1 HOUR BEFORE MEALS UNTIL 2 HOURS AFTER MEALS.

1:30 LUNCH: THIS MEAL SHOULD ALSO BE MORE RAW FOOD THAN COOKED. MAKE A LARGE SALAD WITH NOT TOO MANY COMBINATIONS BUT HAVE A WIDE VARIETY THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. USE THE OIL FREE SALAD DRESSINGS OR AVOCADO AND LEMON. DON’T FORGET TO LIMIT THE PROTEINS; SUCH AS: NUTS AND SEEDS AND BEANS, AND AVOID TOFU FOR AWHILE.

EXERCISE OR WALK AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON AND DRINK ANOTHER QUART OF WATER.

EAT NO SUPPER AT ALL. NOT EVEN A PIECE OF FRUIT.

DO FOMENTATIONS ON THE KIDNEYS OFTEN. TAKE A DAY OR TWO BREAK EACH WEEK FROM THE HYDROTHERAPY (FOMENTATION, SAUNA, AND HOT TUB). THESE HYDROTHERAPY TREATMENTS CAN BE EXHAUSTING TO THE BODY AND YOU NEED REGULAR BREAKS.

BE SURE TO GET FRESH AIR, SUNSHINE, EXERCISE DAILY, EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT. BE SURE TO GET REST IN THE FORM OF SHORT STOPS OR EVEN NAPS DURING THE DAY AND SEVEN TO EIGHT HOURS SLEEP AT NIGHT

WEAR A LARGE (ONE FOOT SQUARE OR MORE) CHARCOAL COMPRESS OVER THE BACK EACH NIGHT. THE SKIN WILL RID THE BODY OF MANY URINARY WASTES THROUGH THE CHARCOAL PACK. TAKE FREQUENT SHOWERS.
