Educational Program for Cancer

It is our observation that for those who have not been given a prognosis of less than 1 year, and who have not had chemo or radiation and who follow this program strictly, completely alleviate themselves of cancer within 1-2 years. Although you may not have such a good prognosis and have already had the chemo and radiation, we would encourage you to educate yourself in this, for these vitalizing remedies will improve any condition and be extremely helpful with pain.

Try to keep your protocol simple and don’t get caught up in all the supplements so many people are promoting. The very best thing you can do is to exercise and do the diet, take daily full body sunshine if possible, rest, get fresh air, take plenty of water inside and out and trust in God, these will go much farther than any pill. Notice that these remedies just mentioned are mostly free, yet they are very profound in healing. Most of us tend to not appreciate the things that are free.

The following schedule and program was on the most part originated by Dr. Charlotte Holmes who trusted in these God given remedies and operated the Philadelphia Institute for 45 years while using extensive hydrotherapy, juicing, herbs, and other natural modalities. 

For cancer, raw food is best, because of the micro-nutrients and the high count of enzymes. Use organic if possible. The raw food only program is usually done for 1-24 months depending on the degree of cancer. Some are so weak or progressed that they will do better on no solid food but only raw juices every 2 hours with a little water or Essiac tea between juices. If doing only juice (60 to 90 oz.) and not eating solid food, make sure to drink at least 60 oz of water or tea per day. You will lose weight on all raw foods and juices, but you will gain back what you need after you are well. Expect it and rest in hope. 

Foods that can be eaten freely.  Sprouts, broccoli, kale, collards, all greens, stevia sweetener, all raw fruits and vegetables, (do not eat raw potatoes or raw winter squash or any other starchy vegetable, grains or beans that normally needs cooking), pineapple, 1/8 to 1/4 avocado per day, beets, raw asparagus, celery, cabbage, all fruits especially: raspberries, strawberries, blue berries, black berries, all berries, lemons, kiwis, limes, raw seaweed and Raw Nori sheets. The raw Nori sheets can be gotten raw and organic on amazon, and are a very good product for health.

1 qt  strong Pau d’ Arco Tea or Essiac Tea (1 cup 4 X per day) or Herbal Tincture

niacin 50 mg 6 x daily spread out

lugol’s iodine (1 drop of 2 1/2 % 6 x daily spread out)

Potassium (The Gerson Therapy compound potassium) Add the whole bottle of powder to a qt. of water and add 2 teaspoons to each 16 oz. of juice. More on the times and scheduling below.

Take time to lay in the sun with much of your skin exposed daily. 

Juices: Make juice fresh each time if possible. Especially the greens need to be fresh. Swish each mouthful to mix saliva with it. If you are having fruit juice or just carrot these can be made up beforehand (only if necessary. The greens are not good to keep over in juice).  Pineapple and berries can be used with the apple. The cabbage family (broccoli, kale, collards, etc) will slow the metabolism and is not recommended in the juices (they can be eaten raw though). The recommended green juices are: chard, lettuce, parsley, escarole, endive, red cabbage (red cabbage has iodine and helps with the metabolism. Use more carrots in the green juices with some greens, beets can be added, not too much. Do not eat dried fruits or a lot of nuts and seeds for a while. Even though you are eating raw food you still can drink 16 oz of juice every 2 hours until 6:00 pm with tea in-between juices.

Water: 1/2 qt. First thing in the morning and another 1/2 qt. in the evening.   Normally if not drinking juices and teas your body need approximately 2.5 to 3 qt. per day. but with all of the liquid in the juices (2-3 qts per day) you need less water.

Foods that you need to avoid until most symptoms are gone and then added back slowly if desired: Cooked foods, dried fruits, natural sweeteners, & nuts.

Foods to always avoid.

Processed foods, refined foods, sugar, oils, white flour, white rice, anything with preservatives or additives, brown sugar, corn syrup, corn starch, baking soda or baking powder, anything with vinegar, all animal products, any decayed fruits or vegetables, (throw the whole thing out even if it is a little decayed); no mushrooms, avoid wheat for one or two years or more if you notice bloating after eating it.

Hydrotherapy. Sweat therapy: Completely submerge over the shoulders in a tub of hot water 105-106 and soak until your internal temperature is 101 Immediately wrap in a sheet and a blanket and sweat for 20 minute, then take a cool shower.

If you are feeling fatigued do a warm water enema; especially if you are doing juice fasting or water fasting or if you are doing the raw diet but not having at least 2 bowel movements daily. Sometimes we can feel bad if the toxic load is high. Doing an enema can help this. Also coffee enemas help with pain.

 

Recommended schedule

5:15;  Rise and drink one  half quart of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice in it. 1- 2 Sarrapeptase and 1 plant enzyme. B12

5:30 Personal Devotions (Hands on Kitchen Time at WCWC)

6:30 Exercise. Outside is best. Jump on mini trampoline.

6:20 16 oz grapefruit juice.  add 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 t potassium in water

7:00 Breakfast of raw fruit (no nuts or seeds for the first months. Separate fruits and vegetables in your meals and your juices.  

9:00 Short Walk or trampoline

9:45 Fruit juice of pineapple, apple, berries or pomegranate. You can mix some of these or have them separate. If having them separate try to do something different the next day to get a variety. add 1 drop Iodine, 50 mg Niacin and 2 t. potassium

10:00 Do sauna or some other form of hydrotherapy. Fever therapy or enema is good at this time. 

12:00 Lay in the sun with as much exposed skin as possible. 

12:30: drink one half quart of carrot, celery. cucumber 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 t potassium in water.

1:00 Lunch of raw vegetables and no avocados, or olives, nuts or seeds for the first few months. The nori sheets (raw and organic) are a very nice addition to the meal.  Use very little salt. Melons can be considered a vegetable (add a few slices of melon to your meal)

2:30 Walk another mile or 2 or sit in the sun and deep breath. If you cannot walk than bounce on a mini trampoline outside or in front of an open window every hour for 5 minutes or longer. This moves the lymph system and brings healing.  Deep Breath!

3:00 16 oz of juice of carrot, 1/3 of a beet, celery, greens etc. 1 drop Iodine, 50 mg Niacin and 2 t potassium in water. If you want fruit juice in place of vegetable juice you can do granny smith apple juice or pineapple with berries at this time.

5:00 16 oz raw fruit juice. Pineapple, pomegranate, berry, apple etc. 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 t potassium in water

7:00 Family or personal devotions. Develop trust in our great Master Physician.

9:00  1 Sarrapeptase and 1 plant enzyme, lights out, go to bed with the windows open in the bed room. For healing the hours before midnight are worth twice the hours after.

 

Adrenals

Adrenals: We have found that if your Adrenals are not functioning well that you will have too much sugar in the blood; This sugar feeds the cancer, therefor you must get your adrenals working well. To test for adrenal function lie flat for 5 minutes and then take you blood pressure; immediately stand up and take your blood pressure again if the blood pressure goes up your adrenals are fine, if they drop you have adrenal fatigue.
