How would you describe a typical day?
You rise early, drink water, help prepare breakfast (this will give you hands on experience in food preparation), then weather permitting, before breakfast a walk is taken. A Bible devotion is shared that is packed full of hope and encouraging passages. After this, breakfast is served; This consists of plenty of raw fruit. The morning and or afternoon activities are hydrotherapy, clay baths, gardening, health lecture or educational video. Lunch consists of a large array of vegetables, sprouts, microgreens and a salad with a creamy dressing. A walk or garden work is then taken and later in the afternoon a power point health lecture, video or hydrotherapy is given. Evenings are your free time. We retire early that we may be ready to rise with energy in the morning.

I heard that you keep the Sabbath. How does this involve me?
The staff at SPH are Sabbath keepers, which means that we keep the 7th day of the week; and this falls on Saturday. Most of the staff will be attending church on this day. We would be very happy to have you attend with us if you would like. Or you can stay back and enjoy a quiet rest and spend time in nature and hiking. There is a fellowship lunch at the church after the church services of which is totally vegetarian. This meal can give you some more ideas as to how to prepare different foods. Meals will aslo be provided at the center
