I must give my wonderful testimony of how God cured my autoimmune disease in 3 weeks.
I had Sjogren’s syndrome (dry mouth) for about 4.5 months. I came across a website (sorry I did not save the site and cannot find it again:-( which had a Dr. who made a guarantee that in 3-6 months you would be cured of your autoimmune disease; so I decided to take the challenge. He suggested only 4 things:
1. Plant Based Diet
2. Lots of omega 3 and low omega 6 Here is a link to scientific evidence of omega 3 helping auto immune disease.
3. Vitamin D pills and sunshine
4. Use an Essential oil to help repair your DNA.
1. The first one I was already on for over 40 years.
2. The 2nd one I had to do a little more research on. We were already off of oils and fats in their free and refined state; meaning we only ate whole foods such as sunflower seeds instead of sunflower oil and olives instead of olive oil. The vegetable oils are mostly high in omega 6 (which constricts the blood vessels) and low in omega 3 (which dilates the blood vessels) so for me to already be off of these was a plus. I researched the nuts and seeds, olives and avocadoes that I was eating to see their omega ratio and narrowed these down to only the ones that offered high omega 3 and lower 6 or at least a ratio of omega 6 and omega 3 being 4 to 1 or lower. This limited my fat to just 4 things! Here they are: flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed and English walnuts. So I consumed only this for my fat for 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks, because I was well, I added the other nuts and seeds but I still use mostly the ones that are high omega 3 seeds. I still use no free oils.
3. To get my vitamin D I did a sunbath for about 1/2 hr when the sun was high (around noon) and took: Cholecalciferol (a vegan vitamin D3) with one meal a day.
4. I did not do this one. (essential oil) Not because I do not believe in it, but I just did not have the proper EO at the time.
I healed very fast. One of the reasons why is because of my lifestyle. Not only have I been long term a total vegetarian (plants only) but I eat mostly before 2:00 in the afternoon; this gives your body time to heal when you are sleeping instead of working hard digesting a heavy supper. We grow much of our organic vegetables and teach people the benefits of eating mostly raw food. Hydrotherapy also speeds up the healing and is offered daily as part of the program.
Auto Immune Program
The success of healing will be according to the high amount of omega three in the diet and the low amount of omega 6 you consume. A total plant based, whole food diet (No refined products including oil.), along with plenty of raw fruits and vegetables is also beneficial. Raw fresh juices are beneficial also. When you have little to no symptoms remaining you can go back to eating the other healthy fats; but always try to concentrate your fats with the high omega three fats; and use only plant based, whole foods. (No refined products, including oil.)

All legumes accept accept Soy & Garbanzos, (Lentils are best)
Macadamia & Cashews (limited in dressings and sauces, do not eat every day and do not eat outside of making dressings and sauces)
For sweeteners use dates and a little honey is ok.
Dried fruit (is best if soaked for at least 4 hours before consuming)
Recipes High in Omega 3 Low in Omega 6
Oil Free Sweet Italian Dressing (High omega 3)
1/8 Cup Chia
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Water
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
3 Cloves of Garlic
Blend all except Italian seasoning until smooth, then lightly blend in the Italian seasoning.
Cheese and Sauces
Cashew Cheese Low omega 6 high omega 3
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 Cup Macadamia Nuts
1/8 Cup Chia Seeds
1 cup water
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoons salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 T. onion powder
2-4 T. pimentos or 1red bell pepper
Blend all until smooth. Serve
Gluten Free High Omega 3 Waffles With Soaked Grains
Soak overnight 1 1/2 Cups brown rice, 1/4 Cups Lentils, 1/4 cup Unsweetened coconut, 1/8 Cup ground Chia, 1/8th cup ground flaxseed, drain all and place in the blender and blend well with 1/3 t. salt and 1 1/2 t honey and 3 cups water.
Blend to make a not too thick pour-able batter; if batter is too thin, add ground chia or flax. Batter will thicken as it sits, so wait a few minutes before adding more flax or chia. The waffle Irons should be hot. Spray oil (coconut oil) may be needed on the first waffle but not usually. Bake on a medium hot setting for about 8-10 minutes or until slightly browned.
