If you would like a consultation regarding this questionnaire, please schedule an appointment. While you are here if you need to monitor on your health condition, please bring your monitoring equipment; Such as, blood pressure cuff and blood sugar tester.

The suggested donation is $700.00. per week. (Check or Cash preferred). This includes room, food, lectures & therapies. For those who need assistance with dressing please bring someone to assist you. For registration call 865-256-5113

Session Dates

Do not schedule time off of work or book flights unless you have registered with a deposit.
All arrive on the the first day of the session at 12:00. These dates are tentative. If you have a certain date that works for you better let us know in advance and we may be able to schedule a session at that time.
